Donna has been walking our dogs now for many years now. The girls love her to bits! She has a special relationship with her pack and they’re always smiling!
Reliable, friendly & very experienced and I know, when the girls get back, that they’ve had a fantastic walk & valuable socialisation.
Can’t praise Donna enough.
Donna has been walking our rescue lurcher for several years. He was 18 months old when we got him and hadn't been socialised properly. Taking him for walks could be a nightmare, as he was extremely reactive to other dogs. It was so bad we even considered returning him to the rescue.
Donna was recommended to us and started to walk him once a week with other dogs and within a few weeks there was a marked improvement in his behaviour. After 6 to 8 months he was completely transformed and it is now a pleasure to take him out for his daily walks. Donna continues to walk him once a week and he absolutely adores her. He gets so excited when he hears her van pull up outside our house. We can't recommend Donna highly enough, she has given us the dog we really wanted!
We've known Donna over 10 years, when she used to walk our dogs Libby and now Ella, both black labs. In that time we've used Donna to house sit numerous times with complete confidence that she can be trusted to look after it and the dogs.
She always has her camera with her and will keep you updated with what's going on with your pets on their walks. The pictures she takes are really magnificent and we have several of them framed. We rate Donna extremely highly and now consider her a friend.
Why our clients would recommend us to you
How our group dog walks can benefit your dog
Socialisation
Dogs are highly sociable animals who love to be part of a large group. They are pack animals and thrive on interaction with their own kind. Group walks provide a safe and controlled environment for your dog to meet and play with other dogs, which can help to increase adaptability and can reduce anxious behaviour.
Fitness and health
A well-exercised dog that enjoys regular dog walks can live a longer, healthier, and happier life.
Mental Stimulation
Smells, sights, sounds, our dog walks always provide a variety of fulfilling new environments to enrich their senses.
Fun with friends
What a better way to explore, chase, and run than to do it along side some of your best friends.
Improved behaviour and doggy manners
All behaviour is monitored throughout the walks, and they are guided along the way to what is and what is not appropriate behaviour for the pack. This can help to improve their over all behaviour and support the development of better manners when interacting with other dogs when out on their walks.
Practicing commands
Throughout our dog walks we regularly practice common commands such as wait, sit, come, this way, treats!!!
Travelling
Regular travelling in the van with the other dogs can help them to feel comfortable and settled, which will help you with future journeys when dog walking or even on longer trips in the car.
Guaranteed walks in pretty much all weathers!
Most dogs don't mind the rain, so sit from the comfort of your workplace watching the horrid weather from the window knowing that your dog is having the best time out with their dogwalker and friends.
Confidence
When dogs interact with a variety of other dogs, they learn valuable social behaviours that help them navigate different social settings with confidence.
Finally, group dog walks can be a great
time-saver for busy pet owners.
Many of us lead busy lives and may not always have the time to give our dogs the exercise and attention they need. A dog walker can provide a much-needed break for your dog, while giving you the peace of mind that your pet is well-cared for.
